• It is absolutely mandatory that clients tell the truth.  It is not likely that good advice can be given to someone that is providing false background information pertaining to the question at hand.  In most cases there are variables (facts) to be considered when devising an approach to attaining the desired outcome.  There are risks associated with all services performed; lying to your beauty professional heightens those risk factors.

• If  there is information that you need about hair, nails, skincare, or any other beauty related topic please feel free to ask,  I would love to be of assistance to you.  I will be honest, direct, and professional.  If I can't answer your question(s), I will help you find someone who can.                                                                                  
• I do not have a problem with referring clients out to other professionals who are better suited to answer your inquiries or fulfill their needs.  No one person or entity is able to do everything for everyone. A real professional does not have a problem with admitting that.
